Total Doctor: A totally awesome anime concept

So I was sitting in math class today when I came up with an awesome anime concept. The title of my little idea is called Total Doctor and I will be briefly summarizing its plot below...

Chapter One: Prologue

It is the year 2125. The prime minister of Japan has created a special research facility specializing in medical research. Researchers at the facility, also known as Incomplete Doctors, train vigorously under painstaking, superhuman conditions in order to ascend to the rank of Total Doctor. The Total Doctor is a prestigious title that is bestowed upon only one individual at a time, similar to how there is only one president in the United States at a time. The Total Doctor is not your average doctor; he or she is the cream of the crop in the entire field of medical doctors. When the prime minister of Japan gets sick, he does not see an average doctor like the one you would see. He sees the Total Doctor.

Recently, the previous Total Doctor, Kaede, passed away, holding on to his title for 7 years. In those 7 years, he came up with great medical breakthroughs, including the solving of the age-old problems of how to cure cancer and aids. Total Doctors are extremely talented individuals in this regard. They have great intelligence, skill and will-power that lets them come up with cures to diseases that previous doctors haven't even come close to understanding. Their expertise in the field of medicine, as well as robust funding from the prime minister, lets them come up with effective cures to pretty much any disease out there.

This year, thousands of professional medical doctor applicants applied for the position of Total Doctor. In the end, after fierce trials and tribulations that the applicants faced, it got narrowed down to two people: Takashi and Donny. Takashi and Donny are both great young minds that graduated from Kyoto University at the very top of their class. Since early childhood, Takashi and Donny have been best friends. They have always helped each other out when they were growing up because they both wanted to become great doctors some day. Now they are forced to go against each other as bitter rivals as both of them want to become the Total Doctor. There can only be one Total Doctor.

Both Takashi and Donny love the same woman. Her name is Sora. It can be said that Sora is the main inspiration of Takashi and Donny's fiery passion of becoming the Total Doctor. Sora is well aware of the feelings that both Takashi and Donny have for her and being unable to make her mind up of which person to choose as her lover, she explicitly tells them both "I will only go out with someone who is a Total Doctor."
